At Meds4Store, we always try our best to process and deliver every order smoothly. Still, we understand that certain situations may come up where you might need to cancel your order. To make things simple and transparent, we’ve laid out our cancellation rules in a clear and friendly way so you know exactly how everything works.

How to Cancel an Order

Cancelling an order on our website is very easy. You can:

  • Log into your Meds4Store account
  • Open your Orders section
  • Select the order you wish to cancel
  • Submit your cancellation request along with the reason

If you’re unable to cancel it online for any reason, you can always contact our support team through our helpline, and we’ll help you with it.
In every case, we do ask for a brief explanation so we can improve our service.

Once we receive your request and confirm that it matches our cancellation rules, we’ll send you a cancellation confirmation by email.

Refund Process

Whenever we receive a cancellation request, our team first checks whether it meets the terms of our policy. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we immediately notify our logistics team to stop the dispatch.

How We Send Refunds

  • All refunds are made online only.
  • We don’t issue refunds in cash, cheque, or any offline method.
  • To process your refund, you’ll need to share your correct bank details.

⚠️ Please make sure your bank details are accurate. Meds4Store is not responsible for failed refunds due to incorrect information given by the customer.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds usually take up to 7 working days to be processed from the date you submit your cancellation.

If the refund doesn’t appear in your account after we’ve processed it, please check with your bank, as they may require extra verification.

What We Don’t Refund

Some charges are outside our control and cannot be refunded by us. These include:

  • Customs charges
  • Import duties
  • Taxes or fees charged by your country/state

These fees go directly to government authorities and are not refundable through Meds4Store.

When Can an Order Be Cancelled?

Here are the situations where cancellation of an order is possible:

Item Not in Stock

If the product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we may have to cancel the order from our side.
If part of the order is available, we might still ship the available items, but this depends on stock levels.

Payment Not Completed

After placing the order, customers receive two emails:

  • A temporary confirmation
  • A final invoice

If payment is not completed within 24 hours, the system will automatically cancel the order.

Delivery Taking Too Long

If you feel the delivery is delayed more than expected, you can cancel the order during transit.

Keep in mind that if your order has already reached customs or advanced shipping stages, some fees (such as customs duty) may not be refundable.

Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive something different from what you ordered—such as the wrong dosage or a different brand—you can request a cancellation or replacement.

📌 You must report this within 7 days of receiving the package.
Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Product Arrived Damaged or Tampered

If the package looks tampered with or the product is damaged in any way, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
