Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
- We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
- If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will issue a full refund upon request.
Please allow up to 30 working days from the date your order is dispatched for the replacement or refund process to be completed.
If you have not received your order within 30 days, and you also haven’t received any notification about delay or return, please submit a support ticket through our refund section. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Although we try to process all orders promptly, certain situations may require order cancellation. Our cancellation policy applies in the following cases:
1. Quantity Limitations
If the quantity you requested is not available or lower than required, the cancellation policy will apply.
2. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is unavailable at the time of order processing, we may cancel the order.
3. Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.
However, we request a valid reason so our team can improve our service.
4. Product-Related Issues
If you face any issue or dispute regarding a product, please contact our customer support. We will do our best to provide a fair and quick solution.
5. Refund Method
If you paid via credit card, debit card, or cash order, you will receive a refund as long as the payment is not yet finalized or cleared.
6. Non-Payment
Unpaid orders will be treated as cancelled.
7. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any item, please inform customer support.
If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Reshipment of Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit, we will either reship the order or issue a refund.
- If your order has not arrived within two months from the dispatch date, please provide your customer support reference number.
- A refund or replacement will be processed after a brief internal investigation by Meds4Store.
Please note: Requests for refund or reshipment cannot be made before the 2-month period has passed.
Conditions for Replacement (Generic Pills)
A replacement request will be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Delivery time exceeds 10 days beyond the dispatch date.
- Estimated delivery date provided was incorrect.
- Customer provided an incorrect delivery address — in this case, replacement may not be provided.
